The Project Manager position will support all facilities across CTI Foods. This role will be executing and managing capital projects and environmental/regulatory programs related to food manufacturing for fresh, cooked, and ready-to-eat applications. This role will work closely with all levels of the plant facilities and members of the Engineering team. Up to 50 % of travel to facilities is required to support and oversee assignments and projects. CTI Food’s home office is based in Southlake, TX.

  1. Hands-on participation in manufacturing site project agendas including cost-reduction, manufacturability, functionality, and quality projects.
  2. Prepare and coordinate scopes and schedules with trade vendors to install, dry and wet checks on new equipment.
  3. Provide technical and engineering support to all departments.
  4. Research and contact OEM vendors for equipment on new products. 
  5. Track and help push new technologies as applicable to plant processes.
  6. Work with manufacturing sites to ensure capital projects comply with regulatory agencies requirements.
  7. Apply knowledge of process optimization and root cause analyses to project implementations
  8. Apply root cause analysis and use value mapping in project implementation.
  9. Must be willing to travel to conduct job duties effectively.
  10. Any other duties as assigned.

Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range. Unlimited PTO requests are subject to approval and is subject to the current business needs of CTI Foods.
