WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A REMODEL MANAGER- LEAD CLOSET INSTALLER
In this remodeling position, you successfully lead your team in completing a variety of installation projects. You approach each project with a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to getting the job done on time and within budget. According to the provided drawings and blueprints, you install features in our customers' homes and transform their spaces. You make sure to complete quality work while closely following safety procedures.
In addition to your hands-on remodeling work, you provide vital support to your team and our organization. You oversee the recruitment and training of new field crew and ensure that our inventory is well-stocked with all necessary materials. Working with our sales team, you ensure our job calendar stays full without being overbooked. You take pride in the amazing work you complete!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BECOME A REMODEL MANAGER- LEAD CLOSET INSTALLER
While not required, a college degree would be preferred. Are you someone who possesses strong communication and collaboration skills? Do you have experience in effectively coordinating with customers and leading team members? Would your creative thinking and problem-solving abilities be an asset to our team? If so, we want you!
