Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Psychiatrist to fill an opening with an Article 31 - Behavioral Health Facility located in Manhattan, NY
Requirements of the Psychiatrist:
✦Must have an active NY State License
✦Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
✦Must be open to supervise providers and provide direct patient care

Schedule of the Psychiatrist:
✦This is a Full-time position (4-5 days a week)
✦Monday - Friday
✦9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Psychiatrist:
✦Assess patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews.
✦Diagnose patients accurately.
✦Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed.
✦Consult with other medical professionals and psychologists. Regularly following up with the patient to check progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
✦Thoroughly document each patient's diagnosis, symptoms, medication, treatment effectiveness, etc.
✦Provide patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder. Researching new developments in psychiatry and mental health.
