As a Senior Financial Service Specialist you support growth and retention efforts by acquiring new retail and small business relationships by displaying a high level of knowledge of Credit Union products and services and building relationships with members that result in repeat and referral business. Consistently deliver a high level of service with a consultative approach while assisting members in transaction processing, loans and new accounts. Conduct targeted sales activities to increase sales production.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or related college courses preferred.
• Two years' financial institution experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain Credit Insurance License.
• Three years financial institution experience in member service, cash handling, new accounts, lending, collections, processing or operations.
• Strong working knowledge of savings, checking and loan products and services.
• Experience in sales or promoting products and services.
