Role Overview:
As the System Director, you'll play a crucial part in planning, directing, and standardizing the activities of our Contract Administration team. This is a remote position, offering a unique opportunity to lead a team of passionate professionals in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks. Join us in creating internal processes that support Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Sourcing, and Finance, driving excellence throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and inspire a team of contracting professionals, ensuring seamless loading of contracts into our repositories.
Collaborate across departments to establish and maintain an effective contracting strategy, supporting the overall goals of our organization.
Develop and uphold rigorous standards for the maintenance and improvement of the contracting repository system.
Act as the Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert, driving proficiency in our contract lifecycle system through training and process improvement.
Embrace an anticipatory mindset, ensuring workflows progress timely and efficiently.
Foster collaboration and rostering in alignment with our financial and operational structure.
Manage key vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate connection of contracted pricing to our procurement systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of contract management and/or supply chain experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
Proven negotiation capability and familiarity with supplier contracting and procurement processes.
Analytical and financial skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
