Role Description:

Join our team as a Sales Executive where you'll be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and securing new clients. This role encompasses full-cycle sales from lead generation to closure. You must possess proven relationship-building skills to pinpoint opportunities and devise effective sales strategies for specific areas, territories, or targeted accounts. As a Sales Executive, your focus will be on driving sales growth through networking, prospecting, lead qualification, and understanding customer needs.

We are particularly interested in candidates with specialization in selling to Property Management companies, Multi-Family / Real Estate Groups, or any residential experience.

Objective:
Dedicated to securing new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients.
Drive sales growth through networking, prospecting, lead qualification, and understanding customer needs.
Develop accounts by nurturing relationships, expanding services, and enhancing our market presence.
Identify opportunities and devise effective sales strategies.
Manage the sales process, including scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals, and delivering presentations.
Solve business problems for customers using proven consultative selling skills.
Acquire new clients by addressing objections and creating compelling proposals.
Continuously build and maintain your prospect pipeline.
Demonstrate a track record of success in outside B2B sales.
Stay abreast of industry trends and identify necessary capabilities to enhance our offerings.
Continuously develop domain knowledge of services and competitors.
Possess an outgoing, dynamic personality.
Communicate effectively and adeptly facilitate presentations or one-to-one meetings.
Thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in selling services to Facilities Management Services providers and Residential Holding companies as a Sales Executive.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to sell at the highest level.
