Automotive Service Advisor/Manager - Meineke

As an Automotive Service Advisor/Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality repair work and exceptional customer service to get our customers back on the road.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of the automotive industry
• 3+ years' experience as an automotive service writer
• 2+ years' experience managing a team or staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the chief problem solver
• Manage and lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repair work
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency in the shop environment
