Compensation: • Base Salary: $75,000 • Bonus Opportunity- expected compensation 1st year: $85,000- $90,000 • Additional Benefits  • 100% Paid Individual Health Insurance (after a 90-day probation period) • Paid Holidays (After 90-day probationary period) • 401k- Company match up to 3% (After 6 months) • 2-week accrued PTO Annually (After 90 Days of employment) Responsibilities: • Must be willing to travel to other locations to meet and lead the team 2 times a month.  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute the company’s strategic vision. • Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes and resource allocation. • Cultivate a culture of curiosity and fearlessness, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. • Foster a collaborative and empowering environment for high-performing teams. • Align operations with our mission and core values, integrating them into all aspects of the organization. • Identify and remove obstacles hindering the achievement of project goals. • Recruit, train, develop, and lead a proficient team aligned with our vision. • Systematize Accounts Payable (AP) processes for scalability in a rapid growth setting. • Take ownership of Gross Profit and Work In Progress. • Meet or exceed weekly revenue targets set by leadership. • Demonstrate effective team leadership and decision-making consistently. • Achieve monthly gross profit margins of 48% or higher. • Lead Level 10 Meetings to enhance team communication and performance. • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members. • Exceed customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Oversee operations, administration, performance reporting, process optimization, and a customer-centric environment. • Develop and coach teams for consistently high performance and skill growth. • Uphold and embody the company's culture and foster strong team engagement. • Establish an appraisal system defining responsibilities and performance standards. • Train team members for success and provide ongoing coaching and development. • Adapt strategies, campaigns, and team performance based on metrics for optimal results. • Implement performance improvement plans following company procedures. • Maintain and enforce established standards. Qualifications: • Must be willing to travel twice a month to other locations to support other locations. • A working knowledge of EOS is desired but not required. • Must have a working knowledge of scaling and building a small business. • Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to work closely with visionary leaders and execute their strategic vision. • Willingness to travel as needed, supporting operations across different locations.  • A track record of taking ownership and delivering exceptional results. • Passion for continuous learning and improvement, constantly seeking ways to be better.  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and building.
