Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our largest financial clients. You will be joining the Wealth Management Technology portfolio supporting a new End to End User Experience team. This role and team is tasked to document the usage flows and experience with a goal of identifying opportunities to make the experience more efficient and effective toward a best in class platform. Day to day you will partnering with business stakeholders and SME’s to assess the current capabilities of the platform understand business requirements and apply technical background/understanding in the development of usability documentation. You will also be partnering with the developers to translate and understand the goals of the application and provide solutions for inefficiencies.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role

Wealth Management experience (profiling, onboarding, trading, reporting)

Understanding of the software development lifecycle

Ability to work with business stakeholders and SME’s to assess current capabilities

Understanding of User Experience Evaluation procedures null
