Job description

Sentara Medical Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner with 3-5 years' recent experience in  Pain Management as a licensed provider managing complex patients with chronic pain to join their innovative team in  Hampton, VA . Life on the peninsula of Virginia offers breathtaking views and water sport activities along the York and James River waterways. Highlights of this position include:

• Outpatient-only, office-based
• Monday-Friday
• No procedures
• Follow-ups, medication management, and intakes
• Prior medication management and interventional pain management experience required
• 3-5 years recent experience in Pain Management required
