Job description
We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to profitably generate leads and build our brands. This role will oversee a small team that includes graphic design, event and partnership marketing, and digital marketing. This is a full time in-person position based in Seattle.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a comprehensive marketing budget, covering digital, event-based, and programmatic marketing efforts
- Plan integrated marketing campaigns for evergreen lead generation initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee the company website, planning new content to drive organic traffic through search and generate leads
- Work with the team to make sure all in person marketing events generate the greatest amount of publicity and leads possible
- Work with the Director of Sales to optimize the CRM in alignment with sales processes
- Oversee the launches of new venues and other initiatives through all marketing channels
- Negotiate and manage key marketing vendor relationships, including the CRM and programmatic marketing contracts
Qualifications:
- High energy marketing professional with an interest in events and hospitality
- Growth mindset with an ability to quickly learn and adjust
- Strong understanding of end to end marketing funnels
- Ability to organize and lead a small team
- Comfortable working with project management tools
- Solid digital marketing background, including paid media, web, and email marketing
- Ability to work rapidly and prioritize competing demands
- Strong copywriting skills
