Job description
- POSITION TITLE: Journeyman Plumber
- POSITION LOCATION: Houston and Surrounding Areas
- HOURLY PAY: $30.00 - $38.00
- INDUSTRY TYPE: Commercial Construction
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plumbers will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly.
JOB DUTIES :
- Review blueprints to ensure pipe and equipment are correctly installed.
- Install plumbing systems and pipes.
- Knowledge of local and state plumbing codes.
- Inspect plumbing systems and pipes.
- Perform necessary repairs.
- Operate hand and power tools for plumbing systems installation.
- Perform all other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must have at least 5 years of recent plumbing experience
- Must have a Journeyman plumber TSBPE license.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must have recent experience with commercial new construction and or remodeling/renovations.
- A state Medical Gas endorsement will be a huge plus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have proper identification for employment.
- Must have hand tools required for plumbing.
