The Results that Define Success in This Role - Achieve revenue targets by delivering new business
- Apply self-directed outreach for all aspects of business development
- Source new opportunities and leverage existing relationships
- Drive recurring revenue by growing existing customers
- Expertly represent Nebula in first-customer discussions, trade shows and conferences
- Inform management team on market trends, competitive threats and unmet needs
Qualifications - 3+ years of successful sales and business development experience in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO), Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Academic Research Organizations (ARO) and/or government market segments
- Proven history building relationships with decision-makers at complex organizations
- The ability to multi-task, while meeting critical deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of ever-changing industry knowledge
- Strong work ethic and desire to 'win'
- Able to deliver compelling presentations
Preferred qualifications: - Direct experience in the genomics industry or NGS sales
- Extensive network of relationships in the CRO, biotech, pharmaceutical, academic and/or government market segments
- Experience working in a startup / high growth environment
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Life-Sciences, Business, or other related fields
- Preferred Master's Degree in Molecular Biology or Genetics
Salary And Benefits - Base Salary: $80K-$120K + performance-based bonus
- Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance benefits are all included.
- In-office presence required. Possibility of hybrid role (on-site and remote). Pre-approved, business-related travel is reimbursed
