Job description
Initiates trademark filings in various countries to protect a variety of properties, handles quality control and management of trademark files, and incorporates trademark files into trademark docketing and filing system. Corresponds with outside counsel around the world. Maintains trademark registration and conducts trademark searches. Reviews watch notices for infringing third party marks; handles disputes with managing attorney. Manages busy docket with statutory deadlines. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
