Our Product Organization works across all aspects of our operation including Web and Mobile App, Customer Acquisition, eCommerce, Customer Communications, Customer Service, Invoicing, Accounting, Demand Planning, WMS, and more.


Job Overview: As a Product Manager - eCommerce (Web and Mobile App) at Baldor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a product and user experience within our product and software ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, operations, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations and drive business value.
