RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support students, families, and schools! Plan, organize, and conduct Physical Therapy treatment for students ages PK - 12 in a school setting. The goal of PT is to improve, develop, restore, and/or maintain a child's sensory motor function in educational environments as defined in the IEP. The PT may also conduct evaluations of students.

This position also requires the following qualifications:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current Physical Therapy license from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction or the ability to obtain one.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pediatric or school-based therapy experience desired.
- Ability to be flexible and accommodating to changing school and student needs.
