Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to make payment arrangements and negotiate settlements
- Communicate collection notices professionally and properly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in finding viable solutions
- Assist with complex situations as they arise
- Document and communicate developments and status in detail
Requirements:
- 2+ years of collections experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communicator
- Adept with solving issues efficiently
- Reliable, with customer focus
