What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager of Housing Applications (ERP), you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled IT professionals in managing, maintaining, implementing, and optimizing our ERP systems to ensure seamless business processes and efficient operations. You will play a key role in driving innovation, improving user experiences, and ensuring the effective integration of technology solutions to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the ERP team for effective system management.
- Plan and oversee ERP system upgrades and enhancements.
- Customize ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Oversee integration with other business systems for data consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize ERP systems for improved performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on ERP functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve ERP-related issues and ensure user satisfaction.
- Identify and implement best practices for ERP usage within the organization.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors and third-party service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and drive vendor performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of ERP solutions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate solutions into existing business processes.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Have:
- Proven experience at the manager level in managing and leading teams in the development, maintenance, and migration of ERP Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Newstar and BuildPro ERPs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP system management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage systems and tools, including ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to successfully implement systems and new technologies.
Your Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of IT Manager of ERPs, or a similar role.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation:
Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $125,000k - $140,000k with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
