Vitawerks is looking for Direct Service Provider/Caregiver. Our heroes work at a number of facilities, acute, sub-acute, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, and assisted living facilities, out-patient facilities, and assisted living facilities.

IN this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

• To assist and provide service for ADLs, daily chores, errands, cognitive development
• Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
• Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
• When properly certified, also perform in the role of medication administration in accordance with practitioner orders.

ABOUT YOU:

• Has at least three months of experience as a DSP
• Has a passion for the job and a genuine desire to help others
• State ID
• Background Check
• PE and TB documents
• COVID Vaccination Card
• DSP certification preferred
• Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) preferred but not necessary.
• Must be fully vaccinated with booster shot

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
