Job description
ASI Corp is seeking an aggressive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager with strong Security Surveillance experiences and Pro AV background in Fremont, North California, or Walnut, South California, or Richardson, TX, office. Must work with assigned manufactures and product managers to develop and execute sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base and expand into new markets.

Responsibilities: - Grow funding Security Surveillance brand and Pro AV business.
- Garner net new customers leveraging past industry connections and experiences.
- Be the bridge between Vendors and sales team to increase the footprint among IT VARs.
- Responsible for generating new Surveillance and AV digital signage business through existing ASI IT dealers.
- Partner with in-house resources and vendors to create project SOW.
- Tracking pipeline and closing deals by create synergy among vendor/sales/customers/end users.
- Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers and manufacturers.
- Assist sales and customers with product selection, solution design, and provide high level technical/educational support.
- Be the in-house expert/reliable resource in surveillance and Pro AV category.
- Meet or exceed goals from company and vendors.
- Assist in educational and training programs for sales and customers.
Requirements - Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 2-5 years of Sales/Account Management Experience in Surveillance Security and/or Pro AV industry.
- Positive and effective interaction with internal and external customers.
- Understanding of surveillance and Pro AV products and solutions.
- Sales Management and Channel Sales experience preferred.
- Commercial AV certifications.
- Excellent computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and Presentation Skills.
- Financial and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task.
- Bilingual English, Chinese is a plus
