Job description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to become a key player in our leadership squad. This role is designed for a visionary ready to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of our communities. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our Sales and Marketing strategies and make a real impact on our success.

What Will You Do?

Strategize, review, and approve all digital advertising campaigns and oversee billing processes.
Curate and approve content for social media posts and blogs in collaboration with Marketing Partners.
Oversee website content and coordinate updates with the marketing team to ensure freshness and relevance.
Aid in the design, updating, and ordering of marketing collateral.
Analyze partnership outcomes and spearhead new initiatives with third-party providers.
Conduct competitive analysis and market studies to ensure competitive pricing and market positioning.
Oversee training and development for new Community Engagement Directors, ensuring comprehensive sales training programs.
Develop strategic plans for new and existing community openings, enhancing our presence and impact.
Foster and manage partnerships with referral agencies, enhancing lead quality and relationship strength.
Maintain and update our CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
Approve expense reimbursements for direct reports and manage the department budget effectively.
Provide insightful sales and marketing reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Represent our organization professionally and positively, both internally and externally.
Facilitate website administration, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.

Who Are We Looking For?

You have a track record of excellence in multi-site Sales and Marketing, with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in senior housing.
Previous experience as a VP of Sales & Marketing is highly valued.
You're a strategic thinker with a college degree in a relevant field.
Your computer skills are top-notch, especially with Windows, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Flexibility, teamwork, excellent communication, and professionalism are part of your DNA.
You're known for your confidentiality, time management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
Creativity, innovation, patience, and high energy define your approach to problem-solving.
