HR Project Management & Analytics Summer Intern

Job description
The HR- Workforce Planning Department is seeking a Project Management & Analytics Intern, to assist with HR projects, dashboards, and ad hoc tasks. This intern’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist in creation and data validation of monthly reports and dashboards
- Create reports and visualizations to fulfill ongoing and ad hoc requests
- Assist HR project managers for HR related projects
- Attend Oracle stabilization meetings and update weekly Oracle Status report presentations
- Assist in the goal to continuously optimize our work using Power Pivot in Excel as well as macros.
- Complete additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
- Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources or a similarly related field
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and must be able to understand and explain processes
- Deadline-oriented and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
