Job description

A SaaS company specializing in employee recognition software is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help introduce Generative AI into their platform. This is a full-time position, that requires travel weekly to the company's headquarters in Framingham, MA.


This company has been a major player in the human capital management industry for over twenty years. They are looking to enhance their existing portfolio and introduce new features on the software platform through the use of Generative AI. You will be the first Product Manager on this artificial intelligence project, therefore a thorough understanding of AI/ML is paramount.


Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of similar or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning
• Proficient in Jira and other Atlassian tools.
• Possess and exhibit excellent analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience with AI-Powered Analytics Products
• Experience using Generative AI with an in-market product

The Offer

• Base salary is between 150k - 180k
