Title: Assembly Worker

Pay rate: $25/hr

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Assembly Worker to work on-site with our client, a top-tier global manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to stand, lift (min. 35 lbs.) and bend for long periods of time.
• Candidates should have their own pair of steel toe shoes, if available.
• Moving and repacking items in each department
• Mechanical ability a plus**
• Maintaining Inventory
• Experience with material handling equipment
• Experience with packaging equipment - filling, bundling, and palletizing.
• 20lbs minimum requirement to lift throughout the day

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work performance preferably in an industrial type of environment.
• Must have an industrial background and must have worked in a lab.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have basic computer skills MS Office experience required and must have previous experience with excel.
• Performance data is collected automatically from the burns and is transferred into a specialized spreadsheet.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• BA or BS is preferred.
• Must have steel toe shoes.
