Snapshot:

• Full-time
• No Call
• 10-hour OR shifts
• 4 days/week. Day off will rotate

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Compensation: $288,119/year
• Start Bonus: $25,000
• 8 weeks of PTO
• Relocation Assistance up to $22,000
• Student Loan Repayment or Retention Bonus: $140,000
• Education assistance is paid upfront
• CME Allowance $4,000
• Covered professional liability and Malpractice insurance

Qualifications:

• Licensed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• At least Two years of experience
• Ability to obtain Oregon Medical License and DEA
