Job description
Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking. Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep. Set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes. Execute and cook menu items as orders are sent to the kitchen.
We have envisioned this restaurant for as far back as we can remember, a space for us to offer Greek cuisine and hospitality the way we knew it growing up. Named after our small village in central Peloponnese, Louká is an ode to family, tradition and philoxenia. Our menu offers rustic Greek cuisine, prepared in the simplest ways.
Estiatorio Louká pays homage to the small villages throughout Greece, who with their farmers, craftsmen and occupants, have permanently embedded our love for Greek cuisine. Louká is our interpretation of Greek culture and family, where it is most often celebrated at the dinner table.
