Job Title: Sales Estimator
Job Location: Flint, MI
Job Salary: $80k - $100k + Bonus + Benefits
Requirements: Estimator, Sales, Piping, Plumbing, HVAC

Based in Flint, MI, we are an industry leader in construction and design-build projects throughout the United States and one of the largest plumbing and HVAC commercial and residential service companies in Michigan.

Due to growth, we are seeking a Sales Estimator with 5+ years of experience to join our team! Must have a background in Piping/Plumbing Sales & Estimating for Industrial and/or Commercial projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain relationships with clients and key vendors, while building a customer base.
- Coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Subcontractors to understand costs and project specifications.
- Utilize estimating software to create bids, reports, and/or takeoffs

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:
1.) 5+ years experience in a Sales & Piping/HVAC Estimator role
2.) Background in Sales & Estimating for Industrial and/or Commercial projects
3.) Proficient in estimating software

Nice to have skills:
1.) Existing customer base in the Flint, MI area
