Job Title: Home Health RN


Details: 13 week assignment with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 8hrs/day Monday-Friday. Territories are Cass and Miami counties primarily with Howard county as a back up.


Minimum Requirements:

• IN or Compact RN license
• OASIS E experience required
• HCHB experience strongly preferred
