About Us:
The Enterprise Analytics team focuses on delivering impactful reports that track KPIs across the organization, from topline metrics to Health of the Business dashboards and beyond. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will collaborate with senior management to identify and seize data analytics opportunities, designing and leading the execution of key messages and report objectives.
What You’ll Do:
Define product/project requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, establishing effective project governance structures for progress
Build scalable data assets, including dashboards, underlying data models, and workflows, to unlock reliable and high-velocity decision support
Infuse engineering rigor into analytics initiatives by creating scalable solutions and adhering to SDLC best practices
Navigate bottlenecks, optimize for efficiency, and proactively unblock roadblocks on cross-functional coordination and organizational alignment issues
Identify and develop processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and supporting documents
Identify data analytics opportunities, design, and lead the execution of reports to meet established deadlines
What You’ll Need:
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting at the enterprise level
Bachelor's Degree

Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Remain informed about the latest developments and best practices in the ever-evolving field.
In addition to these key qualifications, the preferred candidate will possess:
Advanced degree in a related field with experience in Enterprise Analytics function
Extensive knowledge of data visualization, business intelligence software, predictive analytics, and data mining
Analytical and creative thinking: A passionate approach to utilizing data and insights to shape business decisions.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Travel Expectation:
Occasional travel, up to 15% of the time, is anticipated for team and company events. We believe in fostering collaboration through occasional in-person gatherings.
