Summary
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2024! Our Information Technology Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of IT (specifically, Information Security/Identity and Access Management), CPG and Food Production.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
- Working with a summer mentor learning different aspects of how certain Information Security/Identity and Access Management areas work while getting hands-on, real world work experience.
- The Identity & Access Management Intern is responsible for controlling user access to all information within the Perdue organizations. This position supports projects to automate and streamline access management. This position is also responsible to support customer needs and understands the entire provisioning and deprovisioning processes to all systems; streamline and improve access management processes when possible and support the Information Security/Identity & Access Management Team.
- Will be able to interact with Senior leadership.
- Will be able to tour different company business functions and locations such as the Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms.
Minimum Education
- This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Information Systems, Information Technology or related majors preferred.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Experience Requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
- Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently or in teams
Experience Preferred
- 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
- Completed at least 2 college-level programming classes (HTML/Visual Basic/etc.)
- Completed SAP classes
- Student extra-curricular experiences
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
