Job Title: Interior Designer
Team/Department: Architecture/Planning
Location: Venice, Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000

We are a 100% employee-owned design firm delivering architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, and building optimization for new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse.

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare and develop with the team, as required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
- Take responsibility for the development of the design and the project with input from the Principal in Charge and/or the Design Leader for key project stages
- Support all our sectors, including Justice & Civic, Mixed-Use, Education and Workplace

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience designing commercial interior projects
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office suite and Designer Pages Pro
- 3D Visualizing Software experience: Enscape, Sketch Up, and Lumion Render
