Your Role in Focus: In this pivotal position, you'll be at the helm, supervising Counselors and Counselor Interns dedicated to providing top-notch treatment and casework services. Your role encompasses everything from managing caseloads to conducting quality assurance file reviews and ensuring the seamless delivery of counseling services.

What Awaits You:

• Assign and adjust counselors' caseloads with a keen eye on optimization.
• Conduct meticulous quality assurance file reviews to uphold impeccable standards.
• Direct and supervise all intake operations, ensuring a smooth process for patients.
• Champion the efficient delivery of counseling services, meeting the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in alignment with Federal and State Regulations.
• Step into the shoes of a leader, acting as Treatment Center Director in their absence.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and support ongoing staff development through diverse avenues.

Qualifications That Define You:

• Possess OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and RN with Behavioral Health experience and LSW-S.
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience with chemically dependent individuals.
• Bring prior supervisory experience, showcasing self-motivation and direction.
• Embrace a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our diverse patient population.
• Navigate effortlessly through Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMRs is a valuable bonus.
