Location:  UMass Memorial - Marlborough

UMass Memorial - Marlborough Hospital has been a community resource since 1890. We provide emergency care as well as a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical and ancillary services.

Summary:
Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Nursing, is a registered professional nurse responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of all hospital services during his/her assigned shift.

Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts, BLS certification required, ACLS certification required, graduate of an accredited school or nursing required, BSN preferred. Three years of acute care experience with sound knowledge of current general nursing theories, three to five years of demonstrated progressive nursing leadership as a nursing supervisor or knowledge of current management principles preferred. 3-5 yrs experience
