Position: Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

Participate in the full application development lifecycle, prioritizing writing clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Own the development of features, manage code implementation, and enhance product usability and consistency.
Build new features using technologies such as Go, Redis, Postgres, Docker, gRPC, and GCP.
Contribute to our API and maintain API-based connections with related systems.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate closely with all team members within the company.
Understand our roadmap and creatively implement features into our platform.
Optimize functionality for maximum speed, memory efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements:

6+ years of development experience with a thorough grasp of technologies such as Go, Java, C#, C/C++, Rust, etc.
Strong DSA, Software Design, and Architecture experience.
Practical knowledge of SQL databases.
Prior experience working in an agile development environment.
Curiosity and a commitment to staying updated on current frameworks and trends in frontend development.
A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional solutions.
Experience building integrations using web services and maintaining an API.
Experience developing, documenting, and versioning public REST APIs.

Bonus Points:

Experience with WebRTC.
Experience with gRPC.
Docker Experience.
Familiarity with C or C++.
Prior experience working in the real estate industry.
