About the Role:

Under general supervision, you will apply cash accounting principles to prepare, analyze, maintain and deliver accurate reports for the growing portfolios of CBRE clients and properties. This will also include vendor invoice processing, 1099 and tax processing, lease administration and cash receipt applications.
This is a hybrid position, and we will require you to come in office at least 1 day per week!
What You'll Do:
- Completes data entry and follow-up procedures to support a variety of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable transactions in accordance with established timeframes.
- Conducts peer review of financial operations accounting transactions to align with department policies and procedures.
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and responds to inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes or other established methods.
- Completes updates to trackers and processing manuals for portfolio of assigned work and participates in audits as needed.
- Performs miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned.
