Customer Service Representative
 
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, while ensuring that consistent, exceptional customer service is provided to each customer. This position reports to the Customer Service Team Lead who is located at
our company headquarters in Sunrise, FL and. This is an in-office, hybrid, or remote-based opportunity. 
The hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, with an hour for lunch (no weekends or holidays). The environment is fast paced.  Training will be provided.

Responsibilities :

 

• Manage heavy incoming call volume in a timely, efficient, and professional manner from insurance agents and insured customers (between 50 – 110 calls per day)
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure quality consistency with every customer contact.
• Answer questions about how to make a payment, status on an account, etc.

• Log call information in between calls in the system
• May assist with other additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Skills/Experience :

Bi-lingual English and Spanish speaking and writing skills.
Customer service experience
High call volume/call center experience
Quick learner
