Job Title: Adjunct Instructor of Biology

Job Description:The Biology Department of Manhattan College seeks part-time, adjunct instructors to teach in-person lecture or laboratory classes for general/introductory biology courses for majors and/or non-majors and laboratory classes in anatomy and physiology (A&P). 

Reports to:Chair of Biology

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching general biology lecture or lab and/or anatomy and physiology labs.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Masters or Ph.D. (preferred) in biology (or related degree). 
• At least one year of teaching experience.

Candidates with a proven record of excellence in teaching will be preferred. 

Salary range:

Instructor $4,431.83

Assistant Professor $4,578.76

Associate Professor $4,726.94

Professor $4,875.13
