Position Specific Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Data Analyst to join our Research team. As a Lead Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect, organize, and present data to facilitate informed decision making by our originators and leadership team. You will be responsible for utilizing various sources to increase coverage of companies and data factors, as well as converting qualitative information into defined quantitative data points. Additionally, you will leverage our maintained database to derive valuable insights and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our customer data environment with improved tools and capabilities.

Job Overview This position will support the team’s strategic priorities in coordination with management and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position works closely with leadership to prepare executive level analysis, strategy, and presentations for leadership and to help the Sales team report, track, and forecast results. Duties include supporting regular business updates with senior leadership, contributing to business plans, helping define and monitor key team metrics, and using strategic vision to help guide future product development priorities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities - Support regular business updates and strategy session presentations for senior leadership
- Support business plan development
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to define and create key metrics and actionable plans for the sales team
- Become an expert on NextEra’s product/service offerings and customers; use expertise to assist in refining a product development priority list
- Collaborate with the team and other NEER business units to create and maintain a product gap analysis
- Coordinate with financial teams to maintain basic financial analysis and revenue tracking
- Work with leadership to help improve sales team assignments and maturation
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications - High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years
