Physician Communication Coordinator I, Health

Job Summary

This position supports the entire UT Southwestern campus which includes both hospitals and all satellite clinics. The candidate will be responsible for handling various types of calls while providing excellent customer service to each caller. This position is paid monthly and is primarily remote providing the candidate meets the remote position requirements as outlined in the policy. The candidate will be responsible for working weekends and holidays as scheduled, as we are open 365 days a year. This position works the AM shift (6am-2pm). Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required. Medical background is also a plus but not required. Must have great communication and written skills, ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
