Job Description:
Dedicated person for minimum 3 months (potentially can be extended)
Person should work eastern standard time (reside in Canada)
Knowledge with in intune
Oversees the design of the finished product packaging, emphasizing marketability and cost efficiency.
Tests packaging systems and components for new and existing products. Uses computer-assisted design (CAD) software to develop point-of-sale displays for products and packaging.
Maintain a good relationship with the client application packaging and deployment contact.
Engage application packaging company, client contact, client application owners, and vendors when needed.
Use ServiceNow to track application packaging requests.
Download completed packages from application packaging company.
Review (QA) the package against agreed upon criteria.
Remediate issues found by correcting and/or sending back to the packaging company.
Set up and configure the application packages for deployment in ConfigManager and 1E.
New packages as well as updates to existing packages.
Perform installation, deployment, and application use testing.
Coordinate user testing with client contact and deploy to the testers.
Provide level 2 and 3 support regarding package deployment issues.
Provide other application and deployment reports as needed.
