Job description
We are growing a team in Performance Marketing that provides senior leadership across Consumer & Community Banking with operational data and actionable insights on the performance of their teams who deliver marketing campaigns to our customers. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders in the business, Product and Data & Analytics to document processes and measure quality, speed to market, intake accuracy and execution durations, while tying it all back to the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
As a VP of Marketing Operations Analytics in Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for synthesizing complex information and effectively communicating insights across all levels of management to resolve issues and drive business value. You will need to influence leadership on decisions and strategies related to data structure, taxonomy and workflow solutions. You must have exceptional skills in strategic story-telling, critical thinking, communication, and project management.
