Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians and ensure the successful execution of HVAC projects in our Mountlake Terrace office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation Details:
- 80k Base salary (with 2+ years' Service management)
- Team revenue Bonus, paid weekly (0.25% to 2.0% of the team's total revenue)
- Multiple other Spiffs are available to all employees paid on a discretionary basis
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of HVAC service technicians, providing guidance and support
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and completion of service calls
- Monitor and manage service performance metrics, striving for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and expertise during customer consultations
- Conduct regular training sessions for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory and equipment to optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- HVAC certification and relevant licenses are preferred
