Senior Director, Finance

Based on strong growth and international expansion, Inviso is looking for a Senior Director, Finance, to lead the global finance department and be responsible for all financial operations of a global service organization including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and reporting of all financial activities of the business. This is a new role within the organization reporting directly to the CEO.
The Senior Director, Finance, will have the opportunity to directly impact business strategy and financial performance as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders. Inviso delivers professional services in multiple lines of business to a global clientele via teams of consultants distributed worldwide and the resulting complexity provides a huge opportunity for this role to deeply understand the business, identify opportunities, and execute on strategies to strengthen the business. This is a remote role, open to candidates able to support any North American time zone. Seattle-area candidates will have the opportunity to work from the Inviso office to whatever extent is desired.
Supervisory Responsibilities - Lead, manage, train and develop a global team, currently consisting of three accountants and analysts in the US and Malaysia.
Responsibilities - Lead the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes for the organization working with a cross-functional team of senior business leaders and CEO. Provide ongoing oversight of operational budgets and performance management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Provide and develop predictive analytical tools and financial statement models to ensure liquidity management and bank covenant compliance.
- Restructure closing and consolidation process to ensure all legal entities are closing and reporting on the same cadence to provide timely and accurate financial statements. Prepare all financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. Establish a balance sheet review and reconciliation processes.
- Analyze and assist in selection of new ERP and PSA systems. Responsible for the successful migration and implementation of the new ERP and PSA systems working with a cross functional business team.
- Develop statutory reporting process for international entities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for all international entities.
- Develop and implement foreign exchange policy, procedures, and reporting.
- Manage and continuously develop program of internal financial controls for a privately held organization.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal management and Board of Directors.
- Partner with internal data and reporting teams to continuously evolve reporting and analysis platform.
- Responsible for tax compliance with all state and local tax laws, including working with external tax advisors on federal tax returns. Ensure compliance with all international tax authorities, rules and regulations.
- Develop, measure and report operational KPIs/OKRs across the business and communicate to all stakeholders. Identify and analyze business performance to provide operational improvement initiatives to the organization.
- Develop best practices and high priority improvements for company financial processes. Instill continuous improvement mindset in financial organization.
- Develop pricing policies and models working with business unit leaders.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures across the organization. Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by the CEO and senior business leaders.
- Manage and evolve the resilience program within FP&A to ensure continuous operations during challenging scenarios.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills - Excellent management and supervisory skills.

- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information outside the financial organization to non-financial business leaders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and modeling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in implementation of enterprise-wide ERP solutions.
- International intercompany experience.
Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting.
- Fifteen years or more of related experience required.
- Master's degree in finance or M.B.A. a plus.
- CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Professional or IT Services experience a plus.
Compensation : Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is between $160,000 up to $220,000 annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso's differing lines of business. In addition to the base pay, Inviso provides access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, paid time off, paid holidays, among other benefits.
