- Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Product Launch Support:
- Contribute to the successful launch of new products by providing expertise in process development and optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to mass production.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Investigate and address any issues related to process deviations or product defects.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.
- Provide regular updates on process improvements and key performance indicators.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to achieve common goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on rubber or plastic injection molding parts.
- Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and practices.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
