Draft, review and assist in the negotiation of supply agreements, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and all other contracts needed to conduct the companys business. Advise on commercial matters, including management of IP registration and IP protection, licensing, environmental matters. Ensure freedom to operate, and utilize IP protection to optimize market position through product lifecycle management and product defense. Provide legal advice on contractual obligations, enforcement of contracts, and commercial disputes, as well as identify issues on intellectual property rights, technology agreements, labor disputes and all related issues.
