MUST BE LICENSED. MUST LIVE IN AUSTIN AREA. This position is commission-based.
Responsibilities:
- Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients and referral sources
- Drive lead-generation efforts to secure new business
- Manage and review all client contracts with the team
- Host open houses with the highest level of customer service
- Participate in team and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Utilize Team tools to set and achieve goals
- Keep up to date on industry trends and market research
- Conduct and follow-up on follow-ups to nurture relationships
- Model and mentor team members in setting objectives and accomplishing goals
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate license in Texas
- Must be a resident of Austin, TX, or the surrounding area
- Must have reliable transportation and a driving license
- Ability to work with Real Estate specific CRMs, platforms, and technologies
- Ability to perform in-depth research and provide clear insights on the real estate market
- Highly competitive and a great team player
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally
- Has a positive outlook on growth
- Has a strong sense of purpose and motivation
- Self-reliant and highly goal-oriented
- Track record of setting and achieving goals
