What You'll Be Doing:

As a part of our team, you'll be involved in:

Skills:

Crafting exceptional user experiences through design and research.
Developing comprehensive requirements to meet client needs.
Leading engaging design workshops to gather insights.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify pain points.
Analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
Scope:

Facilitating workshops with product owners to understand pain points and wish list items.
Consolidating feedback and incorporating Voice of the Field (VOF) insights.
Creating personas and journey maps based on gathered feedback.
Collaborating with the Deal Management team to translate insights into actionable plans.
Working closely with product owners to prioritize features.
Developing conceptual wireframes when necessary.
Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in Program Management.
Proven track record of managing large and complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong customer focus and business consulting skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Open to remote or virtual candidates.
