Who we are looking for
The Global Process Monitoring Lead will require an excellent understanding of financial services, specifically back office processing across Accounting and Custody. Additionally will need strong technical knowledge across diverse technolgies,(Open systems, Mainframe, middleware, database and cloud based tech stacks)

What you will be responsible for
As the Global Process Monitoring Development Lead:
- Lead solutions, development and testing across multiple platforms and applications.
- Able to lead and architect solutions across a complex tech stack, including opens systems, MQ, Kafka, Mainframe and OLTP, OLAP applications)
- Work closely with the business and product to develop a multi year strategy for the Process Monitoring.
- Experience running performance test and measuring performance across an end to end process
- Ensure applicationa under the value stream support regulatory, Cyber and resiliency requirements
- Mentor a team members, provide feedback and guidance to team members .
- Lead global agile teams and manage technology programs ensuring execution and delivery of end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring their performance and deliverables meet the program's requirements, and manage vendor relationships effectively through clear communication and influencing skills
- Keep updated on emerging technologies and trends in payments, cash and custody soltions to leverage the knowledge to drive innovation within the organization
- Develop and manage program budgets, optimizing resource allocation to achieve program objectives and milestones, communicate resource needs and constraints clearly
- Identify and mitigate risks using strong problem solving abilities and effective communication
- Communicate program progress, issues and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams using strong communication and influencing skills to garner support and alignment
- Review, analyze and recommend tools and processes to improve and automate workflows

- Srong experience in technology management roles within the Event Processing and Ui technolgies
- Strong experience with leading multiple Agile team and concurrently development across a platform across a global team.
- Strong problem solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in managing large complex technology programs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and persuade effectively
- Proven architectural and technology experience with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, efficient and secure systems
- Experience leading project across a complex tech stech.
Education & Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related or relevant field
- 10+ years' experience in program management roles in banking
- 6+ years' experience in an Agile ecosystem
- Strong Experience in Corporate Action and Income
- Experience with Vendor engagement and management
- Testing experience with industry/markets

Salary Range: $175,000 - $287,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
