What You'll Do:

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new customer engagements and revenue growth. This is an opportunity for strategic thinkers with strong negotiation skills to lead high-priority programs and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities, managing the qualification process
Drive sales and achieve financial objectives
Maintain awareness of program status, managing customer communication and expectations
Understand customer goals to create compelling value propositions
Mitigate risks and adapt to changes in customer business
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage activities
Requirements:

Required:

10+ years' experience in account management or similar role
Extensive industry knowledge and relationships
Experience in regulated markets (Medical, Military, Aerospace, Transportation)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred:

5+ years' experience in embedded modules and systems sales
Technical background, ideally with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Completion of formal sales training
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Work at a computer/laptop for extended periods
Quiet office environment, with moderate noise level in manufacturing area
Up to 50% travel required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 85,000.00 Per Year
