Manage internal and external recruitment channels and drive innovation in recruitment channels, constantly exploring new recruitment methods using new concepts and platforms.
Establish and improve recruitment strategies, selection processes, tools, and talent pools to optimize recruitment processes and platform operations, enhance efficiency, and assist in comprehensive empowerment of recruitment business capabilities.
Coordinate and allocate recruitment resources of the company, control recruitment costs, and complete other work tasks within the department.
